You must have the following:
Qualified Teacher Status
A minimum of two years teaching experience
Enhanced DBS check
Experience of teaching and a thorough understanding of special educational needs
MOST IMPORTANTLY – you must be nurturing, kind, patient and fun with a passion for teaching children
