Hi, my name is Lucy and I am a qualified teacher. I am currently completing my maters degree in Childhood and Youth Studies. I have taught in schools from early years all the way up to year 6. My Speciality is working with Key Stage 2 in English and Maths but have experience tutoring children in their first few years of secondary school also.
I enjoy working with children to build there confidence and show them that they can do it! I personalise all sessions to meet the children’s needs and abilities to help them progress to the best of their ability. I like to make the sessions engaging and work with children at their own pace, which is definitely the benefit of working 1:1.
