My name is Allie and I live in North-east Hampshire. I love walking, dogs, quizzes and Mathematics!

I was a secondary Maths teacher from 1989 to 2012 – working in 5 different schools altogether. In the summer of 2012 I decided to quit the classroom and become a private Maths tutor. Since then, I have worked with a wonderful bunch of students – mainly helping them prepare for their GCSEs, as well as a smaller number of KS3 students. I have also been a KS3 marker and am currently a GCSE exam marker.

I am a very approachable, fun and patient tutor who tries to see the Maths problems that the students are facing from their point of view. I really believe that tutoring comes down to ensuring that each child feels absolutely confident working with me and that I can work successfully with them to help them achieve their desired goal.
